Brandon McClain, President and Designated Broker for LMB Real Estate Group, is an active and well-respected leader in the Permian Basin. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of management and leasing of properties throughout Midland, Odessa, Big Spring and Abilene, Texas for LMB Group, Ltd.
As a native Midlander, his extensive experience and credible reputation have led Brandon to establish extensive relationships that provide the framework to achieve desired results for his clients. Brandon’s knowledge and insight of our unique commercial real estate market provides his clients with the data they need to make well informed decisions.
After attending Texas Tech University, Brandon was employed by Bobby Cox Companies from 2000-2004. There, he performed various commercial real estate duties, including facility operations for large office buildings and restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In 2004, he began working as a property manager for LMB and was promoted to Vice-President in 2014. He began serving as President in 2021.
Brandon was awarded the designation of System Maintenance Technician (SMT) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) in 2004.
He is a member of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors, Midland Chamber of Commerce, Abilene Chamber of Commerce, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate (CCIM).
Brandon enjoys hunting, spending time with his family at their ranch, and is an avid baseball fan.

Ben Bradbery has served as Vice President of Property Management for LMB Real Estate Group since 2016. His responsibilities include managing over 1 MM square feet of office and retail space. While responsible for the general day-to-day supervision of operations and communication with his valued clients, he is also a very valuable member of the Leasing and Sales team that primarily focuses on the Midland, Odessa and Abilene Texas markets.
Ben has a BBA in Management from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. He is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Vickie Burge is a veteran property manager with over 38 years of experience in maintaining commercial office and retail shopping centers in Abilene, Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, and San Angelo. Josh Mims, a native Midlander, has completed over 500 commercial real estate transactions, specializing in Office and Industrial Leasing and Sales. Josh's expertise in the commercial real estate market provides invaluable information to his clients. AMY BARNETT
Amy Barnett has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2004. She specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing of industrial, office, retail, land, and multi family properties. Amy places emphasis on uncompromising integrity, effective communication, confidentiality, and is thoroughly involved in the due diligence process. Her priority is her clients' best interests and she enjoys assisting them in attaining their business objectives.
While growing up in Midland, Amy's family personally experienced the opulence of record crude prices in the early 80's and consequently, the devastating ramifications of the price collapse in 1986. It had a tremendous impact on her. She understands the industry's cyclical movements and it's effects on commercial real estate, so she takes a conservative approach when advising her clients in West Texas.
Amy's invaluable experience began as a writer for the Midland Reporter-Telegram's Oil & Gas Report. She has a B.A. in Communications specializing in Journalism from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Amy later worked for a large corporate litigation law firm in Dallas and assisted in pre and post-closing matters for gas station leases throughout the United States in Boca Raton, Florida.
Amy has enjoyed volunteering for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of Mid-Michigan, the South Dallas Legal Clinic, and the Boy's & Girls Club. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Permian Basin Board of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and is a candidate-member of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
JOHN (BUZZ) JOHNSON

John (Buzz) Johnson has more than Thirty Five (35) years’ experience in the field of facility maintenance. He serves as Facility Maintenance Administrator for LMB Real Estate Group and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and supervision of approximately thirty-one commercial real estate properties. His expertise includes the working knowledge of the design and care of integrated building systems and administration of building operations and maintenance.
Buzz was awarded the designation of Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). Prior to LMB Real Estate Group, he was employed as Operations Manager with The Davis Company from 1998 to 2002 and worked for Mike Lewis & Associates from 1987 until 1992.
